My Question or Issue

Hi, My downloaded library is not transferred to my new phone. If I redownload all the previously downloaded tracks, does that count to my 10,000 track limit or not ?? Any hints gratefully received. Thanks.

Hey @vanderpump, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

If you get a new phone, you will have to redownload all of your music on the new device. You're able to download 10,000 songs on 5 different devices for offline listening.
