My Question or Issue

Hi, my library is completely empty (2 songs out of 500) all my songs are missing! The last time I logged in Spotify asked me email and password, don't know why. Maybe someone has hackered my account and he/she is using it! I changed my password but there's still no trace of my favourites songs. My account looks very different it doesn't seem mine. Please help!
