Frustrated over "explicit" recommended podcast art / titles that I cannot get rid off

Hey guys, I don't know who I wronged to have these explicit playlists cover art / titles recommended to me and I wish I could remove them myself but I can't, everyday the recommendations seems to get worst, just look at the screenshot I attached, I just want to listen to some good pop music, but with images like this on my Spotify start screen, I don't even want to open Spotify anymore.. Please make it so I can remove podcasts I'm not interested in, when I click the 3 dots I can only follow or share. 
This is not the first and only example of this by the way.
