Have I been hacked? 100s of new random playlists 😳

All of the sudden I have 100s of playlist of music and artists I don’t listen too. 99% of the play lists only have a few songs in them and they all seem to be same “low-fi” genre. They say they were created by me and I can’t figure out how to remove them or stop them from being created. I’ve spoken with the others that have accounts under my shared plan and it’s not their music either.
