Help with playlist







(iPhone 8, Samsung Galaxy 9, Macbook Pro late 2016)

Operating System

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)


My Question or Issue


I have Spotify and it's pinned to bottom of my computer.  I also have it on my Android too.  I usually just click the icon and play music.  Now, it wont.  I don't know where my music went or have seen the folder anywhere.  This is the first time I had to log into Spotify using internet.  What's going on?

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue but i will have to ask you for a bit more info in this case in order to provide help.


Can you please let me know the following:

- Are you trying to tap the Spotify icon on your device and it does not open the app?

- Does the app opens normally but then your content is not there ?

- Which device are you currently using ?

- Have you tried any solving steps yourself ?
