I can't drag and drop my playlists into folders on desktop app

Whenever I try to drag and drop my playlists into folders my screen always flickers and doesn't allow me to move them. I've tried relaunching the app, updating it, deleting it from my computer and downloading it again, but nothing is working and I don't know why. Can someone help?

Hello Ollie3, if you're experiencing issues with flickering screens and being unable to drag and drop playlists in the Spotify app, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Clear the cache: In the Spotify app, go to Settings > Show Advanced Settings > Offline Songs Storage and click "Delete cache and saved data." This will clear out any temporary files that may be causing the issue.

  2. Check for updates (Just in case, I know): Make sure you have the latest version of the Spotify app installed on your computer. You can check for updates by going to Help > Check for Updates.

  3. Disable hardware acceleration: In the Spotify app, go to Settings > Show Advanced Settings > Compatibility and uncheck "Enable hardware acceleration." This can sometimes cause issues with dragging and dropping.

  4. Try a different browser: If you're using Spotify in a web browser, try using a different browser to see if the issue persists.

Let me know your findings,
