My Question or Issue

 

Recently moved to Estonia, after the move I used Spotify for 2 weeks without problems, today I discovered that tracks are missing from all playlists, also in "Favorite tracks" it shows the number of tracks, but the tracks themselves are not there, in the albums of the artists it says that "Tracks from this release are not available".

Hi there @RMaster1,

 

Thanks for your post here in the Community.

 

If you have a free account, this is most likely happening due to your country settings. You can use Spotify free in a different country or region for up to 14 days. You just need to update the info with these steps: 

 

  1. Log in to your account page.
  2. Click EDIT PROFILE.
  3. Scroll down to Country or region and select your new one from the dropdown list.
  4. Click SAVE PROFILE.

Once done, try logging back in from your app and check if that makes a difference.
