I can't play any Paramore on my Spotify account. Not a blocked artist.

Any time I try to play Paramore it either says "the tracks on this release are not available" or the songs show up but are automatically skipped to other recommended artists. Paramore is not blocked from playing on my account and I can't find anything anywhere about this being an issue for anyone else.

To start investigating this behavior, would you mind checking on a different device (using your own account) to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can borrow one from a friend or family member to test it out. You can also let that same friend or family member log into your device with their own account to see if it makes any difference. 

Lastly, include in your next response the make, model, and OS version of your device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.

We'll be on the lookout.
