I downloaded my music but can't listen offline

My Question or Issue

I downloaded my music to play offline and it shows that its downloaded on the app but won't play while offline. Assistance would be greatly appreciated!!

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, whenever you get back online, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.
