I purchased premium individual but my downloaded songs folder dissapeared

I purchased premium but then i realised my downloaded songs folder disappeared i can no longer download songs. Except i still see my downloaded episodes and i can download episodes but not songs.

Could you try to log out > restart your device > log back in to check if you'll be able to access the folder?

On another note, by saying that can't see Downloads folder, you got us thinking that you might be logged into another account that doesn’t have Premium. Can you please double check that you've upgraded on this account? 

In order to do that, go ahead and view your plan and payments on the account page, under Your plan. You should see Premium there. If you are not seeing Premium Individual on this account but you know you've activated it, can you try locating your other account with the steps here?
