If a public playlist is not added to profile, can it be found via search?

Currently there is a flaw in conception of 'public' versus 'add to profile' that affects people with 200 or more public playlists. It is not clear whether public playlists not added to profile are visible through 'Search'. A test with a friend suggests that some are not. (I realize this is a niche problem, but it is one). Can we separate the properties of 'visible to search' and 'part of profile' for public playlists? Alternately, can the limit to 200 playlists be expanded or eliminated altogether for profiles? Thanks
