There's a common mistake among users to create more than one account and be logged on the different accounts through their devices.

That's an option that explains why you might not be seeing all your content across your devices.

So, please use this help page to locate all accounts listed with your details to make sure you're logged to the right account across all devices.

I would like us to try another step in the same direction just to eliminate the possibility of multiple accounts.

Please visit your account overview at Spotify.com and click "Sign Out Everywhere".

Make sure that all devices are actually logged out and log back in with your credentials across all of them.

If you still experiencing the same issue, please provide screenshots explaining what it is that you see and don't see so i can take a closer look.

before I ask here, I make 

reconnect with pin,email, logged off , 2 testing Spotify accounts( from support) makes screenshots . From any device. Sky q receiver , Fire tv.

at PC , iPad , iPhone the playlist is available.

jpeg is not supported

Could you try taking screenshots of your issue accruing while using incognito web page ? 

Also, could you please confirm on which devices is the list Favorite Songs missing? And on which they are available? it'll be another great clarification info.

In addition to the questions above, do you see the list as incomplete or you do not see it at all?
