Liked Music Playlist dont update

My Question or Issue

Songs im liking and saving into the Fav music Playlist by pressing the heart just doesnt appear in Spotify on Windows. I tried every setting and reinstalled the app twice both from the Windows app store and from direct installer (.exe). After reinstalling the playlist is updated until i add new Songs.

If I try to play the missing songs over my pc via Phone (Connect function) just nothing happens.
It seems that the PC app just isnt able to update the cached information by itself.
