Local files doesn't show up on mobile?

I've been troubleshooting local files for a while now. I made a local files playlist, I'm on the same wifi as my iPhone, I made sure that i can see unavailable songs, I've tried logging in and out of my account, I've tried resetting both my laptop and my iPhone, I've tried downloading the playlist on my laptop, I've tried turning local files on and off, BUT, my issue is that the playlist doesn't even show up on my iPhone. It shows up on my laptop but not on my iPhone. Any way to fix this?

Just to confirm, have you tried removing and reinstalling the Spotify app on both your laptop and iPhone? If not, give it a try - this usually helps in case of such issues.  

We also suggest you check the settings of your firewall and anti-virus software, as they often might be blocking some Spotify features.
