I'm on premium in the UK. I have just uploaded my iTunes files to 'local files', but I just cannot, no matter what I try, get them to be on my mobile phone (iPhone XR). I have talked to multiple bots and I've had it up to here... all the posts on Spotify community regarding this issue seem to be around 7 years old, and it looks like things have changed a tad since then!

 

I am very willing to talk to a real person about this over the phone, literally anything but a bot, they are driving me insane...

 

I'm finding this ever so frustrating, am considering just cancelling my premium altogether.

My local files on my desktop will not show on my iPhone.
