My Question or Issue

I've seen today that a playlist have disapeared from my library, I didn't delete it so I wanted to know if it's possible to recover it (I don't saw it on the playlist recovery feature).

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

If you're still having trouble, let me know what device this happens on, as well as the current software version. Also, let me know if you see this playlist on a different browser or private window?

I tried what u tell me to do. That didn't worked.

I first saw that it has dissapear on the Windows 10 App, but it has also dissapear from the Android App too.
And no i'm not seeing it in a different browser or private window.

If the playlist is gone on all your devices and you cant find it through the Playlist recovery option, we'd suggest you reach out to our Customer Support team. They'll be happy to help if it's possible to restore it. You can reach them through here.
