My Question or Issue

Hi, all.

I was using Spotify from 2011 to 2013 in Sweden, including Premium.

In 2013 I have moved to Ukraine and was not using Spotify until now.

Few days ago Spotify became available in Ukraine and I have logged on my old account through old email and signed-up for premium.

The problem is that my profile name was changed to numbers and all my old playlists, songs and albums, subscriptions and contacts are not visible.

Can you please advice whether I can retrieve them?

Is there any chance that when you logged in the first time in 2011, you used Facebook to log in?

If that's the case, try logging in using Facebook and you should have everything back.
