That being said, we'd recommend you perform a clean reinstall of the app on the affected device to see if you notice any difference. By doing that the app can be up-to-date and you can make sure the cache is not leading to this issue. You can see the steps for a clean reinstall here.

Note: Keep in mind Spotify doesn't officially support VPN. This means that issues with the app while using VPN are expected behavior. Make sure to set Spotify as an exception on any VPN services you may have.

If the above doesn't do the trick, we'd like to gather more info on this behavior. Please send us the following:

• The make/model and OS of the affected device.
• Does this happen across all your devices?
• The exact Spotify version you're running there.
• Is your library completely empty, or can you see your playlists there but when you select them, they appear to be empty?
