Mistakenly played podcast and wrong suggestion as consequences

I mistakenly played an Indian podcast (through a mistake of Siri) and now my Spotify is filled with Indian content suggestions. I also can't remove the item from my recently played history.

What can I do now?

At this moment removing items from the Recently Played tab is not possible, I'm afraid. But an idea about this has been submitted in this post, so feel free to check it out and give it a thumbs up to show your support. 

Also, a way to tell the app that you have no interest in a particular suggestion would be to open the mobile app and navigate to the Music and Podcasts & Shows feeds of your Home screen. In case you find a suggestion that doesn't fit your taste, you can simply mark is as "Not interested". There are some screenshots detailing the steps here.
