My Question or Issue:

My playlists won't play. The songs are available when it's searched one by one but in my playlist it does not work. The songs are all greyed out. 

How do I fix this?

Could you give these steps a go and run a clean reinstall? This one is more thorough than the usual one. 

 

In case nothing changes, it's a good idea to try with another account on the same devices to see if that makes a difference. That way we can check if this is an account or a device-related issue.
