My Question or Issue

I have created a longer playlist and switched to download it (3 days ago). But the download is not starting. Download progress stucks at 0%.

 

I checked all points from here:https://support.spotify.com/de/article/listen-offline-troubleshooting/

 

So what can i do about this?

Have you tried a quick Clean reinstallation of Spotify? 

 

try reinstall it and see if that solves the issue and also try cleaning the cache.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and sorry for the belated reply! 

 

Just like @chrismurray said, the first step would be to run a clean reinstall. One very important thing before you do this is to remove the devices for offline listening. This will prevent issues with the cache which might be causing your music not to download.
