My Wrapped content is inaccurate

My Spotify wrapped in incorrect and incomplete, a song i listen to daily is at the bottom and has only been played 25 times supposedly. It seems it has only tracked the last 2/3 months? Also it's only 5 hours long even though I listened 19days, my boyfriend listened 7 days and has almost 7 hours on his wrapped.

The results are wrong, probably the time scale does not include november at all

My 2025 Wrapped data is massively wrong and frustratingly inaccurate.

I'm seeing ridiculous numbers: only 6,000 total minutes listened, and somehow I only tuned in for 4 days out of the whole year? Plus, it claims I only listened to ONE ALBUM. This is completely nonsense for an active user.

My 'Top Artists' and 'Top Songs' lists are also way off—they reflect a tiny fraction of my listening, maybe just from January/February, and are largely irrelevant to my year.

I look forward to Wrapped every year, and this extremely faulty data is a huge letdown. Please look into the significant technical error that clearly messed up my stats.

So apparently my number 1 song is "Runaway (U&I)" by Pharmacy. This song is in no playlist of mine and ive never heard of it. Also i listened to it 121 times??, no way! Maybe you guys can help me with this, i was so eagerly waiting for the wrapped..

My Spotify wrapped seems quite accurate apart from one song that it says is my most played of the entire year. I’ve never heard of the song let alone listened to it. It’s not saved to my phone either. So I have no idea how it thinks ive listened to it over 40+ times.

6,000 minutes? 4 days of listening all year? Only ONE ALBUM? Are you serious?! These numbers are an embarrassment and totally wrong. My top lists are irrelevant garbage, reflecting nothing I actually listened to.

This is a massive technical failure and a huge disappointment. It is an absolute shame for the money I've spent and the years I've been a Premium subscriber, only to receive this useless, flawed data.

I am NOT happy with my spotify wrapped! I listen to atleast 2-3 hours of music everyday, sometimes only 5 days of the week and i only got TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND minutes of listening while my friends who listen to music just as much as me got 45-90k!!! Not satisfied and something is incorrect! Also, I listened to some songs alot more than what you guys have said!! Not happy with the wrapped this year, everything else is nice but i feel like my statistics are WRONG!

My top artists and top songs for this year are incorrect, and my total Spotify minutes also seem to be inaccurately low. Kindly review and correct this issue.

My Wrapped data for this year is completely broken.
My 'top songs' are showing up with ridiculously low play counts, like only 10, 11, or 12 plays. This makes absolutely no sense. I know for a fact I played these songs hundreds of times, and definitely always listened for over 30 seconds.
Spotify, how are these numbers this far off? And is there any way for us to see the actual, raw data? It would be great if we could check the real play counts ourselves to see where the mistake is.
Is anyone else seeing their most-loved songs show up with single-digit counts? 🙄

The counting for my top songs is 100% wrong. I have 4 or 5 songs on a playlist I have on repeat for hours a day. None of those songs made it to the top 5. In addition, the number one song was only

played 14 times. That song isnt even in that playlist and I barely heard it over the past year. It probably won’t get fixed, but I’d like my summary to be fixed please.

My spotify wrapped is mostly incorrect (again). It has albums in my top 5 that I listened only once to and that I even deleted from my library. Artists that I listen often are not even present. I feel wrapped AI only looks at your library and not what you truly listen to (I listen to music regularly via my search history). Please, train your AI models better

My Spotify wrapped is completely incorrect in the album stab it says that I have only listened to three this entire year, which is absolutely false. I have multiple listen-throughs of entire albums and quite frankly the albums that it does say I've listened to are pretty pretty bad and humiliating

I think my Spotify app is wrong because there is no listen to only 9000 minutes for the whole year and I think you should get a check because the previous year I listen to 28,000, which is still less

Howcome my top genre was Hyperpop, when i dont listen to hyperpop at all?? Howcome it said i listened to 30 albums, while songs listened number was over 3000?? (latter one is more accurate)

My Top Artists and Top Songs make absolutely no sense... I calculated it based on data collected on airbuds and It just doesn't match.

it's impossible that my most listened song has 480 reproductions and the second one has 45, even the other numbers are completely wrong
