Spotify is currently investigating an Ongoing Issue causing Liked Songs not to appear in the mobile app. I recommend adding your +VOTE to this Ongoing Issue, as well as following the suggestions listed under its Status Update.

In addition, it will be useful for you to Subscribe by clicking the three dots next to the title of the Ongoing Issue; that way you can be sure to be informed of any relevant updates.

For the desktop app, I would recommend first trying restarting your device, to see if that makes a difference. If it doesn't help, then I’d recommend trying a clean reinstall of the app by following these steps.

My liked song library on my i-phone got truncated. It shows 325 songs in the library but will only play 20 of them. It seems to be fine on the desktop.
