Não consigo ouvir uma música específica

My Question or Issue

Não consigo ouvir uma música específica há meses (incluindo quando eu era usuário Premium). Eu tento clicar e não inicia, já tentei colocar na música anterior da tracklist e passar pra ela, mas o app simplesmente **bleep** e vai para a próxima.

É uma música comum, não está indisponível (eu consigo tocar todas as outras músicas do álbum, exceto essa) e eu isso acontece quando tento dar play direto no álbum, em playlist ou procurando na barra de pesquisa.

Caso seja relevante: a música é Odd Eye, do Dreamcatcher.

Just to clarify, using the free service the songs can't be played on demand on your phone. You can obtain more info about the Premium features here. 

On another note, would you mind letting us know what exactly happens when you try listening to your playlists? Sending us a screen recording would come in handy.

It's an old problem, in fact, i couldn't play that song even when i was a premium user.
i use spotify web on my computer, so i can play the songs in the order i want, but that one specific song i cannot.

and there is no difference between that one and the others on the same album, i still can play the other ones normally.

look, there is no difference between them, but 'odd eye' is the only one i can't play, i've tried skipping "intro", but it goes straight to "wind blows"

Some songs are not available for streaming in every country. This might be the case here.

Could you send us a link/URI to the song and let us know the country of your account, and we'll check if it's available.

Could you let us know if you can play that particular song in any other device, or your computer using the desktop app?

Additionally, if you're using a VPN, make sure to disable it as it may interfere with Spotify.

Eu não consigo escutar uma música em específico. 
A música chama Your Name da Shea Coulee e não há nenhuma problema de direito autoral ou de permissão para tocar no meu país.

Eu estava escutando ela normalmente mas aparece bloqueada e eu não consigo desbloquear.

Just to confirm, is this happening just with this song or is there any other song of this artist you can’t listen? Perhaps you accidentally blocked them on your mobile phone app.

To check if this is the case, go to this artists' profile in the mobile device app and then, select the three dot menu. If the artist's content is blocked, you'll see the option "Allow to play this". Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
 

If this doesn’t do the trick, can you check if this is happening on another device? Keep in mind all the details mentioned in this thread before.

Could you try liking and disliking the song but on a different device? This will let you play the song if you've previously marked it with the red button.

Could you try with a different account if the song is playable or not? Also on a different device with your current account try marking the song with a heart and then removing the heart mark.

I have the same problem with the formatted computer. but a resolution for the case would be for the person to favorite the song or download it. It is worth remembering that on my cell phone I can move forward and backward without having to favorite or download the music

Hope you don't mind us replying in English, it's the official Community language 🙂
We looked for the song in question and it seems that it's currently not on Spotify.
As songs get removed & re-uploaded on a daily basis though, I'd encourage you to stay on the lookout. The tracks you cannot find today may be re-added soon!

In the meantime though, if you have the song file on your device, you can add it to Your Spotify Library as a Local File.

Perhaps the song has not been uploaded onto the platform yet. I recommend reaching out to the artist directly on social media or their website and registering your interest.

In the meantime, if you have the song downloaded on your device, you can upload it as a local file to your Spotify library. More info here.
