New podcast episodes arent appearing

Operating System: (iOS 16.2.)

Since Jan 8th, new episodes of a couple of my saved podcasts don't appear anymore, however other shows are unaffected. I deleted and re-downloaded the app, and signed out of every device and signed back in but nothing has changed. My friend sent me the newest episode of one of the affected shows, but when I click on the link it says page unavailable

Could you let us know which the podcasts you're having issues with are? 
After which episode does this occur and which market are you in?
We'd also like to know if you're using any VPN services.
