My Question or Issue

I can no longer view my top songs of the month or top artists of the month on my profile, these were the items that were available only for my viewing and i think since the new update i haven't been able to view these, they've just disappeared from my profile and i've scoured the settings and my account to figure out if i pressed a button to turn it off. I've also deleted and then redownloaded the app, signed out fully and logged back in but nothing has changed, I'm so confused my friends are still able to view these aspects on their profiles but i cannot!! what did i do?

Having the exact same problem as everyone else and my profile page looks similar

Same issue!

I also just noticed this problem! Particularly annoying as I make monthly playlists based on the list of top songs.

Here to join the dogpile. The top tracks section is 100% gone... despite logging out and in. Great work team.

Are any of the Spotify moderators going to update us on when this problem will be fixed? It has been well over a week now, in my case, closer to two or three weeks.

I am having the same issue myself I can only see my public playlists, followers, and following. Has the feature been taken away from Spotify, I hope not as this was a really cool feature to have whilst waiting for the Spotify wrapped to drop and to see what has been on repeat/ most favorite.

broken for me too.  on pc desktop app and pc website.

My Question or Issue

The top tracks / Artists displayed on desktop has just been completely removed on desktop? I would like to know if this is coming back or at least have some sort of stand-in for the time being? It was an amazing feature and honestly had no business being removed.

Hi folks,

We can confirm that this feature is part of something new being tested right now in certain regions. At Spotify, we're often testing new things, layouts and options, so such changes may come about from time to time.

In this case, we suggest to keep the app always updated so you don't miss out on any new features and improvements.

Cheers!

so my question to this is, do we just have to go without seeing our top songs and artists because of this? and shouldn't this affect everyone then instead of a small group? idk it seems a bit unfair in a way like is there no way for us to see those things at all then?

same

Can you explain what this means? Is the 'Top Tracks' being upgraded? Or is it being removed? Many of us want this feature restored to our accounts like before. Removing it is not an improvement; users have no idea right now what their favourite songs are for the month. Clicking on preferred artists just produces a playlist of their songs, which will be completely different to the 'top played tracks' list. Can't this just be restored? A lot of users are unhappy about this and nobody was given any warning before the top tracks were just removed. And some of us like me want to use the web browser player, not the app.

btw i recommend the website/app stats.fm for seeing your top tracks for the past 4 weeks if anyone is interested

this problem have been happening for about a month now. and I am dying to want to see my top tracks and top artist because spotify wrapped is coming!! and is really irritating how this problem haven't been fixed yet after so long.

are we going to get an update at all??? why the radio silence????

wait what you all are just taking this feature off???? no previous communication??? where's the dislike button because I don't appreciate this answer and won't Accept as Solution.

Why are you running tests on a live service? Beta testing like this is hardly fair...
