No matter what I do my liked songs keep jumping to the first song

My Question or Issue

(iOS/windows 10)

no matter what device I’m playing on, Spotify keeps jumping up to the first track in my liked songs. Queue just shows the next songs in order. Happens on WiFi and 4g.
