My Question or Issue
I cant download any new albums or Playlist. I just keep getting the Waiting to download message on everything I try to download. Why is this? I attached all my memory from my phone and my spotify premium memory as well.

Apologies for the delayed response, we've just come across this thread.
Could you try to perform a clean reinstall of the app. This involves deleting the app cache and it's a bit different than just deleting and re-downloading the app. You can check out the device specific steps here.
If that doesn't make a difference, could you try changing the default download location, following the instructions from this support article.
