My Issue

I added a friends "Your Top Songs of 2020" to my library and it replaced my own personal Top Songs of 2020. Is there a way to undo this and recover my own playlist?

Hey @22dy3bsjasw6ltp334ls,

Thanks for asking! In case the Top Songs playlists for a selected year are available for you, you should be able to search for them by using these Search queries:

  • Type in "Your Top Songs 2020" - with the year here being a subject to change
  • Type in "Wrapped 2020"
  • Type in "year:2020" - making sure to leave no blank spaces

If your Top Songs playlist for the selected year is available to you, it should appear as the first search result from at least one of those entries 🙂

Hope this helps! We're here for you in case there's anything else.

To find your personalized playlist for a specific year, simply type the year into the search bar. For example, if you type "2022", the top playlist that appears should be "Your Top Songs 2022".

Hey @tlmilford,

Thanks for reaching out on the Community!

You should be able to find the playlist made for you if you got one in 2020 in the search field. You should see the playlist made by Spotify which should be the one made for you. Like the first one here:

Let us know if it doesn't pop up like this for you and we'd be happy to help you further.

Cheers!

That worked - thanks!

This doesn’t work for me, I never deleted them but the only „your top songs“ playlists are from 2020-25, not the ones I’m looking for, 2016-19
