Picture in Discover this week playlist is not me, but my friend

Hi, for the past two weeks I've noticed that the "Discover this week" playlist is showing a picture of my friend instead of me even though it says it was created for me (plus my handle). In my account I can see the picture is the one I use, but only in the playlist there's someone else (my friend who once, many years ago shared her playlist with me - thought it could be relevant).
I'd appreciate if it was fixed. The issue occurs on both mobile and desktop app.

Thanks for letting us know!

I'd recommend starting off with a clean reinstall of the app to ensure you're running the latest version and to remove any damaged cache that might be causing this. It's worth double-checking if this happens across other devices as well. You can also try logging out everywhere from your account page and signing back in on all devices afterwards to force a sync. 

If the issue persists afterwards, it'd be great if you can send us the following info:

• Make and model of the affected device
• Its OS version
• The Spotify version you're currently running
