Play today playlist

I found some users with "Play Today *" playlist. For example,

And description with link to other playlists: 

Intronautics,  Pulse 

and other. It's see like auto generate.

What is it playlists? How generate their for me?

That playlist wasn't generated. If you swipe left it says "created by Glenn McDonald" if its a generated one just for you it will say "created by spotify"

The links in the top of the playlist are only available for verified playlist creators and spotify artists.

This isn't true. If you use third-party solution with OAuth, you get a playlist with author like you.

The playlists was generated. For example, because many updates of tracks recently in different position.
