Playing music stutters and stops playing after 2 or 3 songs

After listening to about 2 or 3 songs, the music begins stuttering and stops playing. Then I restart the hifi and it does the same thing. Initially I thought it was the hifi, but I'm able to listen to You Tube for hours and don't have this issue.

This issue is commonly related to some damaged cache stored on your device. In this case, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. This is often an overlooked step, but it's more thorough than a quick one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.


If the issue persists, would you mind checking with a different Wi-Fi network to see if it makes any difference? In case you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it.


Lastly, include in your next response the make, model and OS version of your device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running.
