My Question or Issue

I'm wondering if account followers have any impact on playlist visibility? So I imagine having a big account following could be a quality signal for Spotify, boosting the visibility of the playlists you make.

Second, I imagine that Spotify would take a general account quality score into consideration. So based on the popularity of the publicly available playlist they would rank any new playlists (providing them with a boost or lowering their visibility)

Are any insights available on these topics since they're purely assumptions from my side at the moment?
