My Question

Dear support for Spotify, for more than half a year now only on my account the Neon Genesis Evangelion playlist is not available, although absolutely all the these songs are available in my country. I can’t listen to him either on the computer or on the phone. I tried various ways to fix this, but did not find anything to help me. What should I do in this situation, it is really very important for me.

Just to clarify, what do you mean exactly when you say the playlist is not available? Furthermore, if possible, would you mind sharing this playlist's link so we can look into what you're reporting in greater detail? Lastly, what are the exact steps you tried to find a solution? Hello, I tried resetting my account settings, changing devices, and logging
in again, but none of this helped. When I try to turn on play songs from
this playlist (
I see the inscription "this song is not available." All songs from this
playlist are definitely available in my country, but they are blocked only
in my account. Thanks for the prompt reply and your understanding.
