Playlist is grey and doesn’t play

Only one of my playlists doesn’t play. Song names are all grey

Could you confirm if the playlist has local files in it? Note that local files sync from desktop to mobile is no longer supported, so the files have to be manually imported to your phone as well in order to be played by Spotify. You can check out this article for more information.

In any case, feel free to share the playlist's URL so we can have a closer look. A screenshot which shows how things look on your end would also be greatly appreciated.
