Playlist only working on wifi and not 4G

Hi All 

im on a premium plan but today my playlists stopped working on data.

if turned phon on an off, same with the data.

deleted and re installed the app, and still just rolls on the connecting at the bottom of the screen

can any one help.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

Based on the info you shared, sounds like there might be some issues with your mobile data. Do other apps work on mobile data or you experience the same as with Spotify? 

Also, what device (and related operating system) are you using?
