[Playlists] Tools to organise playlists (e.g folders, tags, labels)

Hello, 

Avid Spotify users are avid collectors and creators of playlists, often an artistic endeavour. This means that many playlists end up being out of sight and out of reach. Giving customers their own organisational tools, such as creating folders, adding labels and tags, would enhance the user experience by condensing space and making navigation easier. It also provides a unique opportunity to personalise user profiles, adding to Spotify's more "social" aspects
