Please refresh homepage before it shows up

it’s strange that many times I open Spotify I am looking at content on my homepage and recommendations for a few seconds and even start scrolling through before it suddenly refreshes the page and all the content I was looking at is replaced. I feel like the app should consistently refresh before I open the homepage.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

The described behavior is indeed the way the refresh works currently as the app first loads the cached content and then refreshes the cache.

If you think there is a better, more suitable alternative to that, you can submit a feature request as described here. Just make sure to read through the guidelines fist so we can make the submission public for voting.
