Podcast download restarts if you try to play before download has completed

I live in a rural area with slow internet, so I have to download all my podcasts before I listen to them (no streaming). I listen to news podcasts every morning, and am often waiting for them to finish downloading before I can listen. 

My Issue: If I try to play a podcast before it has finished downloading (say, 90% complete), here's what happens: It does not play at all, AND the download completely restarts from 0%.

We recommend waiting till downloads have finished before you start to listen to the music you are downloading. Hope this is an option for you!
