Premium playlist cant add a songs

My Question or Issue

When I had a free account I had certain songs I could listen too but when I tried to add them to my playlist it said that it was a premium action and I needed to upgrade. So I upgraded to premium (just regular premium). I went back to the songs and now they're faded. I can "like" them but I can't listen to them or add them to my playlist.

Thank you for your post here in the Community. We're sorry to hear about this.


We suggest that you try with another internet connection to see if the issue persist.


It would also be great if you can perform a clean reinstall of the app. This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.


If that doesn't do the trick - can you provide us a screen recording so that we can have a closer look? This will help us understand more directly what's going on form your end.
