Recovery, Spotify removed title of playlist and all the songs but one

Earlier today I made a playlist, rearranged it, and it was playing for about 1.5 hours on and off. I noticed that this one song I played earlier was on repeat even though I didn't add it to the queue or anything. When I opened Spotify to check what happened, the title: "family reunion playlist", was gone. In addition to this, all the other songs, except for the one on repeat ("Waterloo" by ABBA), were deleted/removed. 

Is there a way that I can recover the removed songs and/or playlist? 

Also, when I checked the listening history, the songs I played showed up, but the rest of the playlist I just made (about 2/3) was not there. There was also no playlist name attached to what was playing.
