Removing songs from recommended because of someone stealing my account

My Question or Issue

Lately my spotify has been playing weird instrumental music? Its messed up my recommended playlists and I don't want those songs to end up in my top songs for the year or something. I reset my password and it hasn't happened again, but is there a way to delete those songs?
