My Question or Issue

  • I subscribed Premium. After logging in all my music I saved lately is gone. There just songs from two years ago. My account is on the level from two years ago and i don’t know what i should do to get back everything I saved now.

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

If you're still having trouble, let me know what device this happens on, as well as the current software version.

Thank you for the fast reply. I did both of these and nothing helped. Do you know an other way? 

I have an iPhone 11 with IOS 14.

I have the same account on my tv. There I have all my stuff but kinda no premium subscription. But I don’t know if I should start Spotify again on my tv just for the subscription because I think all the songs and playlists disappear too if I start it again.


Anyways - Thank you for your help! I hope we discover an alternative way.
