I came here to report the same problem but on Vodafone in the Netherlands. It has been doing this for 3-4 weeks. Phones affected Samsung s8 and note 10 plus on the most recent Dutch firmwares. N975Fxxsa1skb for the note, don't have the s8 firmware handy
