Shuffled liked songs

My Question or Issue

For years when I have shuffled my liked songs, the same 100 - 200 songs get played first. This past weekend I noticed a difference.  Songs that I forgot I had liked finally played during shuffle mode.  Is this the great improvement to the algo I have been waiting for, or did I just got lucky and nothing has really changed?

Spotify is always testing improvements and new features for its content, which means you might see something on the app your friend doesn't, or get a new feature to try temporarily. You can read more about this here.
