Some of my 'liked' songs are being un-liked

Question/issue:

I've recently noticed some songs that I've previously liked are no longer liked. In the most recent instance, I went through my Recently Played list and, whilst looking at an artist profile, noticed that a track I had definitely liked in the past no longer was no longer liked. I haven't accidentally unliked these when playing them and nobody else has access to my account.

Why is this happening and how do I prevent it from happening again? Or at least, how can I know when and what song is un-liked, so I can like it again?
