Songs greyed out on my desktop playlist, even though I have MP3s of them in my Local Files folder

My Question or Issue

Hi, about 60% of the songs in my main playlist are greyed out, despite the fact that I have mp3s of all of the songs in my Local files folder (please refer to the attached image).

Please could you advise how I can get Spotify to recognise all the mp3 songs in my Local files folder.

In this case we suggest that you try re-syncing your local files on Spotify - you can remove them from the apps Settings and have a look on our support site here to see how to resync them.

If you followed the steps that's provided on the site and the issue persists, just let us know what you've tried and we'll see what else we can suggest.
