Songs keep getting added to play playlist

My Question or Issue

When I play another playlist for my streams these songs get auto added to my main playlist I have listed to over the years. Why is this? I made this playlist and its not behaved like this until recent times? I am on the premium plan and cannon find a solution.

No really sure what you mean by "playing other playlists for my streams...".

Could you please provide some more info on what happens on which playlists ?

Are you listening to regular suggested playlists on Spotify and the tracks are being added to your private ones ?

Any screenshots of what you see on your end might help as well.
