Songs suggestion problems on weekly discover and on Based on recent activity tab on windows device

My Question or Issue

2 issues I have the First one :

In my Home tab on Spotify app for windows on the Based on your recent listening tab, i have proposals of songs and artists that are from Arab countries. This is happening only in windows app. Spotify app on iPhone has rights suggestions.

The second problem is that on weekly discover I have a lot of suggestions from Turkey artists. I tag unlike songs and artists all the time so to eliminate the future suggestions but still is happening.

I am sure it is not a problem of a compromised account because already I changed in the past the password and also in my history never was a song or a playlist that was not mine. Also never interrupted when streaming.

How I can solve this so to have the right proposals based on my preferences and listenings?
