Specific playlist won't play

Hi,

 

I have 8 playlists that i made myself, but only one (the one with the most songs in it), often won't play. It doesn't matter which device. When I click on my Macbook on 'Shuffle', the button changes in 'pause', but nothing plays. When I click on a song in the playlist to play, nothing happens. When i go to the artist and play the song there, there's no problem and it plays just right. There are 4054 songs in my playlist and the maximum is 10.000, so it can't be that. It's already a few weeks that this happens, but it is not ALWAYS, just most of the times.

 

Anyone can help me? Thanks a lot!

Thanks for reaching out to us.

 

Can you try logging out > restarting your device > logging in again? If that doesn't help, we'd suggest you follow these steps and run a clean reinstall.

 

We'll also need to know if you have downloaded the playlist for offline listening and this if this happens when you use a different network?
